Why do we need a pedagogista?

This is the essential question.  Reggio Magnet School of the Arts is a magnet school dedicated to enriching the child through experience and hands on learning.  Together we are "on the road to experience."  As the pedagogista I support the teachers in their efforts to respond to their student's interests and help them create enduring understandings through project based learning.
